New brands in Outlet Park Szczecin. Footfall better than expected

New brands open their shops in Outlet Park Szczecin – the first outlet centre in the West Pomeranian region.

The project, which was developed by Echo Investment in Szczecin"s Prawobrzeże district, reaches record footfall numbers – it was visited by 460,000 customers within two months from its opening. Pako Lorente – a shop of a brand which offers clothing for modern men, has been opened in Outlet Park Szczecin. Its elegant suits, jackets, shirts, shoes, waistcoats and coats are complement by important accessories including: ties, belts, scarves and cufflinks. An outlet of Stile Unico is to be opened soon and supplement the service offer of the outlet centre. It is a chain of exclusive hair and beauty salons, which is present all over Poland. Outlet Park Szczecin was opened on the 7th of November, 2012. The offer of the first outlet centre has enjoyed a lot of interest from customers – nearly half a million people visited the centre until the end of 2012. “We are happy that our first outlet project has been so welcomed by tenants and customers alike. It is a great commercialization success – the facility is currently 96-pct leased and its offer includes significant brands such as: Reserved, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Puma and Tommy Hilfiger. It allows us to plan similar projects of this type in other parts of Poland,” says Jarosław Tutaj, Senior Leasing Manager at Echo Investment.
