Five popular clothing brands which belong to the LPP group: Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp and Sinsay will open their shops in Galeria Sudecka, which is being developed by Echo Investment. The combined area of the shops amounts to 3,500 sqm.
The contract concluded with the LPP group is another key agreement concerning the retail offer of Galeria Sudecka. Echo Investment has already signed contracts with the Real hypermarket and Helios – there will be a 7-screen cinema opened in Galeria Sudecka.
Galeria Sudecka is being developed in the Zabobrze district, in the north-eastern part of Jelenia Góra. The facility will be built as a result of an extension of the Echo shopping centre on Jana Pawła II Avenue, which has been operating for 12 years.
Galeria Sudecka will be the first shopping and entertainment centre in Jelenia Góra region. Its proven location, the offer of 100 shops and service outlets, as well as its well-promoted brand predispose the project to be a regional centre, which due to its unique location will most probably be visited also by guests from abroad.
The new facility will have a total area of 53,000 sqm. Its retail area will amount to 30,000 sqm. The centre is planned to include 100 shops, restaurants and service outlets as well as the 7-screen Helios cinema with a cafe and bar area. There will also be a new underground car park – customers will have a total of 1,200 parking spaces at their disposal.
The launch of the project is planned for the spring of 2013. Galeria Sudecka is to be opened in the spring of 2014.
