Echo Investment won the Retail Developer of the Year CEE category in the Eurobuild Awards 2012 competition.

The award for the best developer in the retail sector was received by Krzysztof Giemza, director of the Shopping Centre Department at Echo Investment. It is the second time in a row Echo Investment has won the "Developer of the Year" title in the Eurobuild Awards competition. The award ceremony took place at the Hilton hotel in Warsaw. Eurobuild Awards are awarded for outstanding achievements in the real estate and construction industry. Nearly 800 representatives of the Polish real estate market participated in the gala.
