Outlet Park Szczecin is the best shopping centre of the year 2012

The first outlet centre in the West Pomeranian region, which has been developed by Echo Investment, is the winner of Eurobuild Awards in the New Shopping Centre of the Year – Poland category.

The opening of Outlet Park Szczecin, which took place on the 7th of November, enjoyed a lot of interest from the residents of Szczecin conurbation. During the first three days the facility was visited by 80,000 customers. The ceremony during which Eurobuild Awards were presented took place at Warsaw"s Hilton hotel. Eurobuild Awards are awarded for outstanding achievements in the real estate and construction industry. Nearly 800 representatives of the Polish real estate market participated in the gala. Outlet Park Szczecin offers branded products at prices which are 30-70 pct lower than those in regular shops. An additional asset of the project is a 7-screen Helios cinema and the regular section of the facility, which includes Smyk Mega Store and a Piotr i Paweł supermarket. The outlet section of the facility offers products of brands such as: Nike, Puma, Reebok, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Reserved, Bytom, Kari, Lee Wrangler, Wittchen, Kazar, Vero Moda, Jack Jones, Via Roma, Cross Jeans, Atlantic, Lavard, Ecco, Big Star, 4F, Ochnik, LKJ, Mc Arthur, Hot Oil, Wójcik, Lancerto, Gabor, Puere, Milano Shoes, Willsoor, Lee Cooper, Cropp, House and Mohito. Its commercialization was carried out in cooperation with CBRE. The leasable area of Outlet Park Szczecin amounts to 24,000 sqm and its total area equals 30,200 sqm.
