The German concern Carl Zeiss has leased an area of 1,000 sqm in Malta Office Park – an office project which has been developed by Echo Investment in Poznań.

Carl Zeiss will locate its finance and accounting centre in Malta Office Park. Approximately 100 people will find employment in the centre. Carl Zeiss is a leading global manufacturer in the field of professional optics – from a workshop of precision mechanics and optics to an international company operating in the field of modern technologies. Established in 1846 in Jena as a precision mechanics workshop Carl Zeiss is nowadays an international company applying high-end technologies, with its main manufacturing plants in Oberkochen and Jena. The Carl Zeiss Group includes 16 manufacturing plants, of which 6 are in the USA, Mexico, Hungary and Belarus. The group has nearly 40 own daughter companies which deal with distribution and more that 100 branches all over the world.  Carl Zeiss has been present in Poland for 10 years. Malta Office Park is a modern office park located in Poznań on Baraniaka street, consisting of six office buildings and offering a gross leasable area of almost  31 000 sqm. Leaseholders of the building and their clients have almost 600 parking spaces at their disposal in the ground-level and underground car parks. The whole complex is equipped with a number of modern technological solutions, security, video surveillance and access control systems.
The design of Malta Office Park complex was created in Litoborski-Marciniak architectural studio from Poznań. The group of the leaseholders includes the following companies: McKinsey & Company, Grant Thornton, Samsung Electronics Polska, Ikea, NextiraOne, Altkom Akademia, Data System Group, Mentor Graphics, Tebodin, Roche Polska, AXA, Lexum, Medicover, Ogicom, Pramerica Życie, Allianz, Martela, OCE Poland, Sygnity, Raiffeisen, Żagiel, Eaton Electric, Grenkeleasing, Panorama Finansów, Akademickie Inkubatory Przedsiębiorstw, Kennametal, IFS.
