Second stage of Kasztanowa Aleja in Poznań

Echo Investment has started the second stage of its Kasztanowa Aleja residential project on Wojskowa Street in Poznań.

Kasztanowa Aleja is a complex of two independent buildings with courtyards, a playground and specially designed and arranged green areas. The first stage of the project involved the construction of the first building, which has already been put into operation. The general contractor of the second stage of Kasztanowa Aleja is KRAK-CHEM of Kraków. The modern residential complex Kasztanowa Aleja is located in Grunwald, which is a prestigious and highly-esteemed area of Poznań located near the central part of the city. The district includes numerous important public, educational and cultural institutions. Nearby areas which create favourable conditions for recreation and active leisure are a great asset of the location. This unique location of the project will provide easy access to various city attractions offered by Poznań throughout the year to the residents of Kasztanowa Aleja. Its architecture characterized by a distinctive style integrates well with the existing development. The offer of the Kasztanowa Aleja estate includes a total of 282 apartments with areas ranging from 37 to 94 sqm. Each of them has a garden, a balcony, a terrace or a loggia. Clients who will be looking for larger areas can use the option of joining the apartments. There is an underground car park with individual parking spaces and storage rooms. The complex also includes additional rooms for storing prams and bicycles. More information is available at www.kasztanowaaleja.pl
