Igor Grabiwoda, director of the Team of Architects of the Office and Hotel Department at Echo Investment, took part in a discussion panel during the ‘Future 4 Build’ conference.

The discussion entitled "Strategy: do it or die" was dedicated to the sustainable development strategy, and included, apart from the representative of Echo Investment, participants from such companies as: PwC, Bouygues Immobilier Polska, Brightness, Buro Happold and Karmar. Igor Grabiwoda emphasized that for Echo Investment the sustainable development starts at the design stage of a project and provided the example of the Oxygen office building in Szczecin. “When designing a building we not only take care of the ecology but also take into consideration the comfort of its future users. We look at the process on a long-term basis so as to make the building serve people for many years in excellent condition,” said the director of the Team of Architects of the Office and Hotel Departments at Echo Investment. The "Future 4 Build" conference took place on the 8th and 9th of November earlier this year. It is an innovative business platform aimed at presenting energy-efficient and ecological technologies in the construction sector. The event gathers investors, developers, constructors and architects, and creates a business chain as well as interesting investment possibilities in the rapidly growing sector of sustainable development.
