The modern office project Park Rozwoju, which is being developed in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, has obtained a BREEAM certificate with a ‘very good’ grade and the highest score in this category in Poland – 67.83 pct.

The official and ceremonial presentation of the certificate took place during the "Office Buildings in Poland" conference, which was organized on 25th October in Warsaw. “After a very thorough preparation of the project, which was submitted by our company, the British Building Research Establishment (BRE) certification organization had no remarks with regard to our report, which meant that the certification stage was successfully completed. My sincere congratulations,” says Magdalena Stretton, managing director at WSP Enviro Sp. z o.o., which carried out the certification process. “I am very happy with such a high assessment of our new project. Certifying projects at Echo Investment is a natural consequence of the evolution of office buildings and our efforts to create really good projects. Certification is not just a new design method but, thanks to significant help from BREEAM assessors, a platform for easier communication with the users of our facilities,” says Igor Grabiwoda, director of the team of architects at the Office and Hotel Department in Echo Investment and a BREEAM assessor. Echo"s team, which consists of specialists in every field and actively participates in the whole project development process together with the architects, is a considerable asset in terms of adjusting projects to users" needs in all the respects, including the certification. This approach concerns all Echo"s office projects. Three office projects developed by Echo also have GreenBuilding certificates, which they acquired earlier. They are: Oxygen in Szczecin, Park Postępu in Warsaw"s Mokotów district and Astra Park office buildings in Kielce. ***
Park Rozwoju is a modern office complex in a dynamically developing district of Warsaw – Mokotów. The project is located at Konstruktorska Street 10, which provides easy access to the city centre as well as the airport. The office complex consists of two buildings with green courts, which are connected by a canteen featuring an elegant water cascade. The total office area of Park Rozwoju amounts to 32,000 sqm. The buildings will have a two-storey underground car park and a ground level one, which will offer 740 parking spaces in total. The area of the project will also include numerous green areas and an outdoor gym.
