Grzegorz Iwański, director of the Funding Department at Echo Investment, took part in a discussion panel on the topic of crediting development projects, which took place as part of the ‘Office Buildings in Poland’ conference.

The participants of the discussion on financing office projects included representatives of the Pekao SA bank, Kredyt Bank and Echo Investment. The moderator of the discussion was Roman Mańka, deputy editor-in-chief and head of the national department of "Gazeta Finansowa" weekly. “The discussion featured a lot of topics related to the financing of the office sector. Much of the discussion was devoted to the banks" cautiousness in crediting large office projects,” says Grzegorz Iwański, director of the Funding Department at Echo Investment. The fifth edition of the "Office Buildings in Poland", which is organized by nowyadres.pl, took place on 25th October earlier this year in Warsaw.
