The luxury apartment building Klimt House, which has been developed by Echo Investment in Warsaw’s Stary Mokotów district, has won an award in a competition for the best residential project, which has been organized by the Polish Association of Developers.

The "Best Residential Project 2008-2011" competition was aimed at choosing a limited group of residential projects that are most interesting in terms of their architecture, as well as resident and environmentally-friendly. Klimt House is located in the heart of the Stary Mokotów district on Kazimierzowska Street. The name and the character of its interior allude to the artistic work of Gustav Klimt – a painter and graphic artist of Vienna Secession. This small project includes 60 luxury apartments with areas ranging from 41 to 190 sqm.

Residents of Klimt House will be able to use a recreational area consisting of a fitness zone and a relaxation zone, including high quality equipment for physical exercises and the Finnish sauna, as well as a courtyard with tastefully designed greenery and elements of landscape architecture. Residents can also use an underground parking garage with parking spaces specially designed for easy manoeuvring of large vehicles (with a width of up to 3.5 metres). Modern security, video surveillance and access control solutions have been used in Klimt House as well as the single-key system.
