On 15 October earlier this year Echo Investment and the Industrial Development Agency signed a purchase and sale contract concerning a property in Warsaw.

The contract regards a property with an area of 30,804 sqm which is located at Taśmowa Street 10/12. The value of the signed contract amounts to PLN 60 mln. The property is located in Warsaw"s Mokotów district, within the limits of Taśmowa, Marynarska and Cybernetyki streets. “The purchase will allow us to extend our portfolio of office areas on the strategic market of Warsaw and launch a large project in a short time. It is one of the most popular office locations in the capital city, close to the main traffic arteries and the airport, with excellent access to public transport and expanded services,” says Waldemar Lesiak, director of the Office and Hotel Department in Echo Investment. Echo Investment is currently preparing for the development of two office projects in Warsaw: a 155-metre office building at the junction of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street, which is to have an area of 50,000 sqm, and a modern office complex on Konstruktorska Street with an area of 34,000 sqm.
