Local entrepreneurs in Galeria Veneda

A cafe, a shop and a hair and beauty salon are to be opened by local entrepreneurs in Galeria Veneda, which is being developed by Echo Investment in Łomża.

A hair and beauty salon of the popular in Łomża Beauty Sun company is to be opened in Galeria Veneda. Apart from hair and beauty services, its customers will be able to use a solarium. Another outlet to be run by a local entrepreneur is a cafe and ice-cream shop called Cafe Rialto, which operated in Ostrołęka until now. Koralik, a shop offering jewellery, bags and hair accessories, will also be opened in the biggest shopping centre in the region. “We are very happy to see shops and establishments being opened by local entrepreneurs in Galeria Veneda. Local business representatives are very well-perceived by customers and complement the offer of the shopping centre,” says Michał Banasik, Leasing Manager in Echo Investment. Galeria Veneda is being developed in the centre of Łomża, at the junction of Zawadzka and Sikorskiego streets. The facility will have a total area of 40,000 sqm , of which 16,000 sqm has been earmarked for lease. The construction process is progressing according to schedule. Work connected with the reinforced structure of the facility has finished while its steel roof structure is nearing the end. Work connected with sett laying, floor insulation and installation of fittings is being carried out in the parking section. The redevelopment of the traffic layout, which is co-funded by Echo Investment and the town of Łomża, is in progress at the same time. Work is pending in the area of Zawadzka Street and at the roundabout near Księcia Janusza Street. A new bus bay has been built and granite kerbs have been laid in the section leading up to Katyńska Street. The base of Sikorskiego Street has been dismantled in its section from Wyszyńskiego Street to Zawadzka Street. The general contractor of Galeria Veneda is Instal Białystok. The project has already reached a lease level of 80 pct. There will be 80 shops and service outlets in the centre (including: Tesco Extra, RTV Euro AGD, Reserved, CCC, Rossmann, House, Cropp, Mohito, Orsay, Martes Sport, Kari, Grycan, Apteka Pod Różą, Matras, Artimex and Kwiatoteka). The project also includes a car park offering 600 parking spaces. The completion of the construction process is planned for Q4 2012. The architectural design of Galeria Veneda was created in the Mąka Sojka Architekci architectural studio of Warsaw in cooperation with Echo Investment"s team of architects. www.galeriaveneda.com.pl
