Open Days in ‘Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu’
Open Days in ‘Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu’

An exhibition of some of the best works in the Insider Designer competition, fun art for children, a presentation of apartments on offer – all this was experienced during Open Days in ‘Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu’, an estate developed by Echo Investment in the centre of Wrocław.

There were queues of people to see apartments in the "Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu" estate while children could win a PlayStation 3 in a competition addressed to them. Participants of Open Days were able to find out about details of the offer and see the apartments in the project of Echo Investment located on Jedności Narodowej Street in Wrocław.

The exhibition of the works in the Insider Designer competition organized for young architects and interior designers enjoyed equally as much interest. The participants" task involved creating an interior design for one of the apartments in the "Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu" project. Prizes for the winners (including an iMac computer) were awarded by representatives of the jury.

Arkadiusz Chamielec from the APA Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio emphasized that APA KA is interested in cooperating with talented creators such as the winners of Insider Designer. Meanwhile  Weronika Juszczyk, who received the Grand Prix, added that the main aim of her design was freeing the area divided in the apartment. Echo Investment will soon publish a special catalogue of inspiration including some of the best works in the Insider Designer competition while its free electronic version will be available on the website of the "Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu" estate.

The Open Days event in the "Przy Słowiańskim Wzgórzu" residential project was organized on 2 June, directly after Children"s Day, that is why there was no shortage of prizes or presents for the young ones. A total of 65 young artists took part in the competition; each of them received a present – books, mugs, stickers, games and bookmarks. Not only Patrycja Pietrzak who was the winner of the art contest entitled "Magical Wrocław" and was awarded a game console, enjoyed the prize but also her brothers and sisters. Ula Stępniewska who came second in the competition received a board game and a book, as did Wiktoria Chodyńska, who came third.
