Answers to these and many other questions will be provided during a meeting addressed to local entrepreneurs organized by the investor of Outlet Park Szczecin – Echo Investment.
Outlet Park Szczecin is being developed in Szczecin"s Prawobrzeże district. The facility has reached a lease level of nearly 90 pct and the investor has now got a special offer for local entrepreneurs interested in opening shops or service outlets in the first outlet centre in the West Pomeranian region.
Participants of the meeting, which is to take place on 24 May at 6:00 p.m. in the Novotel hotel at 3 Maja Street 31 in Szczecin, will include representatives of Echo Investment such as Mariusz Machnicki, director of Outlet Park Szczecin, leasing specialists and shopping centre management experts.

Outlet Park Szczecin is being developed in Szczecin"s Prawobrzeże, at the site of an operating shopping centre located on Struga Street, which is owned by Echo Investment. The financing of the project has been secured through a contract with PKO BP.
Commercialization of the facility is nearing the end; nearly 90 pct of its area has already been leased. Negotiations concerning a few remaining vacant outlets are pending. The facility will include shops of brands such as: Nike, Puma, Reebok, Adidas, Reserved, Bytom, Kari, Lee Wrangler, Wittchen, Kazar, Vero Moda, Jack Jones, Via Roma, Cross Jeans, Atlantic, Lavard, Ecco, Big Star, 4F, Ochnik, Mc Arthur, Hot Oil, Wójcik, Lancerto, Gabor, Puere, Milano Shoes, VIP Collection, Willsoor, Lee Cooper, Cropp, House and Coccodrillo. The commercialization is being carried out in cooperation with CBRE.
The development of Outlet Park Szczecin is divided into two stages. The construction work started in June 2011. Its general contractor is Polimex-Mostostal SA. The first stage, which is already in progress, involves the construction of a shopping arcade offering over 70 retail outlets, a 7-screen Helios cinema, a "Piotr i Paweł" supermarket and Smyk Mega Store. Its completion is planned for Q3 2012. Work connected with the second stage, which is to comprise approx. 60 shops, is to start a year after the opening of the first one at the earliest.
The gross leasable area of Outlet Park Szczecin amounts to 24,000 sqm while its total area equals 30,200 sqm. Customers will have 1,400 parking spaces at their disposal. The detailed design of the facade was created in the Open Architekci architectural studio, the detailed design of the interior was developed by S.M.Art while STUDIO A4 of Szczecin created and coordinated the detailed design of the facility.
