Consolidated results of Echo Investment in Q1 2012

The net profit generated in Q1 2012 amounted to nearly PLN 31 mln. The operating revenue in Q1 2012 increased by nearly 80% in Q1 2012 and amounted to PLN 153.8 mln.

The revenue structure in Q1 2012 was as follows: the sector of shopping centres/shopping and entertainment centres – PLN 76 mln, offices and hotels – PLN 20 mln, the residential sector – PLN 56 mln, others – PLN 2 mln.
