Samsung Electronics Polska has leased nearly 2,000 sqm in the Malta Office Park complex, which has been developed by Echo Investment in Poznań.

Samsung Electronics Polska Sp. z o.o. is part of one of the biggest electronics companies in the world – Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.

The international company was established in 1969. Now it is one of the world"s leading manufacturers of e.g. mobile phones and TV sets and employs over 208,000 people in 58 countries.

The Poznań office of Samsung Electronics Polska in Malta Office Park will be occupied by its research and development department.

Malta Office Park in Poznań is a modern office park consisting of six buildings which offer a gross leasable area of nearly 31,000 sqm. Its tenants and clients have nearly 600 parking spaces at their disposal in the ground-level car park and the underground parking garage. The whole complex has been equipped with a number of modern technological solutions as well as security, video surveillance and access control systems. The architectural design of Malta Office Park was created in the Litoborski-Marciniak architectural studio of Poznań.

Tenants of the facility include: McKinsey, Grant Thornton, Ikea, NextiraOne, Altkom Akademia, Data System Group, Mentor Graphics, Tebodin, Roche Polska, AXA, Lexum, Medicover, Ogicom, Pramerica Życie, Allianz, Martela, OCE Poland, Sygnity, Raiffeisen, Żagiel, Eaton Electric, Grenkeleasing, Panorama Finansów, Academic Business Incubators, Kennametal and IFS.

The development of Malta Office Park started in August 2007. The project was carried out in three stages.
