The Klimt House luxury apartment project developed by Echo Investment in Warsaw’s Mokotów district won awards in the CIJ Residential Awards 2012 competition.

Klimt House turned out to be the best in two categories: Best Interior Design – Common Areas and Best Print Advertisement. Echo Investment had a total of six nominations in CIJ Residential Awards 2012. The awards gala took place on 17 April 2012 at the InterContinental hotel in Warsaw.

The Klimt House luxury apartment building is located in the heart of Stary Mokotów on Kazimierzowska Street. The name of building and the character of its interiors allude to the artistic work of Gustav Klimt – a painter and graphic artist of Vienna Secession.
