An office of Academic Business Incubators is to be opened in the Malta Office Park complex in Poznań developed by Echo Investment.

Academic Business Incubators is one of entities of the Polska Przedsiębiorcza [Entrepreneurial Poland] fund, the aim of which is the development of entrepreneurship among young Poles. Academic Business Incubators operate at 31 of the best universities and colleges in Poland. There are over 1,100 developing companies operating in forty Academic Business Incubators.

The area of the office of Academic Business Incubators amounts to over 500 sqm.

Malta Office Park is a modern office park located in Poznań on Baraniaka street, consisting of six office buildings and offering a gross leasable area of almost  31 000 sqm. Leaseholders of the building and their clients have almost 600 parking spaces at their disposal in the ground-level and underground car parks. The whole complex is equipped with a number of modern technological solutions, security, video surveillance and access control systems. The design of Malta Office Park complex was created in Litoborski-Marciniak architectural studio from Poznań. The group of the leaseholders includes the following companies: McKinsey & Company, Ikea, BPS, NextiraOne Polska, Altkom Akademia, Data System Group, Mentor Graphics, Tebodin, Roche Polska, AXA, Intermedica, Medicover, Ogicom, Pramerica Życie, Allianz, Martela, OCE Poland, Projekty Bankowe Polsoft, Raiffeisen, Żagiel, Eaton Electric, Grenkeleasing and Panorama Finansów.

Construction of Malta Office Park began in August of 2007. The project was carried out in three stages.
