Echo Investment came third in the TOP 10 Office Developers Poland ranking and sixth in the TOP 50 CEE’s Office Developers: 2008-2012 ranking, which were published in the March issue of the Construction Investment Journal monthly.

The TOP 50 Since the Crisis  CEE"s Office Developers: 2008-2012 ranking presents achievements of companies operating in the office sector in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.

The main criterion in the ranking was the total office area of facilities developed from 1 January 2008 to 31 January 2012. Projects finished by Echo Investment in this period are: the Oxygen office building in Szczecin, Avatar in Kraków, the Malta Office Park complex in Poznań and Park Postępu in Warsaw. The facilities offer a total office area of 85,000 sqm.

Echo Investment is currently building the modern Aquarius Business House office building in the centre of Wrocław. In Warsaw the investor is preparing for the development of three projects, the total office area of which amounts o 130,000 sqm. One of them is a 155-metre high office building, which is to be constructed at the junction of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. There are more projects in the pipeline, which are to be located in Katowice, Gdańsk, Łódź, Kraków and Kiev.
