Instal Białystok has become the general contractor of Galeria Veneda in Łomża. Work connected with the construction of the biggest shopping mall in the region is to commence shortly.

Echo Investment concluded a general contractor agreement with Instal Białystok SA concerning Galeria Veneda. The value of the contract amounts to PLN 69.6 mln net.

Galeria Veneda is a shopping centre which is being developed in Łomża at the junction of Zawadzka and Sikorskiego streets. The facility has a total area of 40,000 sqm, nearly 16,000 sqm out of which has been allocated for lease. The project also includes a car park offering 600 parking spaces.

There will be 80 shops and service outlets in the shopping mall. The investor has signed contracts with Tesco, Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp, Orsay, Rossmann, CCC, Martes Sport, tenants for the food court. Galeria Veneda is already 75-pct leased.

Completion of the construction work is planned for Q4 2012. The architectural project of Galeria Veneda was created in the Mąka Sojka Architekci architectural studio of Warsaw in cooperation with Echo Investment’s team of architects.
