Est-On Property Management Sp. z o.o. which manages the property portfolio of Echo Investment S.A. has changed its name to Echo Investment Property Management.

Echo Investment Property Management (so far Est-On Property Management) currently manages 16 facilities (a total leasable area of 420,000 sqm) and services app. 1,000 tenants. Its new name reflects the aim, which it was established for – managing the property portfolio of Echo Investment S.A.

Property Management is a complex process involving a lot of topics and processes simultaneously (such as financial, technical and marketing aspects, among others), which makes it possible for a property owner to develop their business targets. Echo Investment Property Management offers a full range of management services aimed at the correct functioning of a property and increasing its market value, by way of current servicing of tenants, preparation and management of project operating budgets, lease contract administration, bookkeeping service of tenants, administration of buildings’ technical infrastructure, cost optimization, supervision of companies servicing the property as well as planning and implementation of effective marketing activities in projects.

Echo Investment S.A. has also established the Echo Investment Facility Management company, which is to operate within its structure.

Modern, specialist installations used in buildings require qualified staff and constant supervision. The new company will be responsible for the implementation and management of the process of knowledge and experience integration with regard to modern technologies, the functioning of equipment and the technical maintenance of facilities. Echo Investment Facility Management will complement the offer of commercial property services rendered by Echo Investment Group.
