Echo Investment has obtained a building permit for Galeria Veneda in Łomża.

Galeria Veneda is a shopping centre developed in Łomża on a plot located at the junction of the streets of Zawadzka and Sikorskiego. The facility has a leasable area of nearly 16,000 sqm. Customers will have 80 shops at their disposal, including a food court and Tesco hypermarket (with an area of 7,500 sqm). There have also been approx. 600 parking spaces prepared.

First construction work is to start as soon as the building permit comes into force. The work will include preparation of the area: cutting down trees and removal of power line collisions, among others. Development of the facility will start in summer 2011. The whole building is to be finished in Q4 2012.

The architectural concept of the building has been created in the Mąka Sojka Architekci architectural studio from Warsaw in cooperation with Echo Investment’s team of architects.
