The buildings of the Park Postępu office complex in Warsaw developed by Echo Investment receive GreenBuilding certificates.

GreenBuilding is an EU programme aimed at improving the level of efficient use of energy in commercial buildings. In order for a building to receive a certificate, it is necessary to fulfil a basic condition – the use of energy must be at least 25 pct lower than national standards require wherever the project is being developed.

“Not only the attractive location and excellent exposure determine the commercial success of a project, also the costs borne by tenants while using offices are very important. While carrying out the commercialization of Park Postępu, we turn the attention of our clients particularly to technical specifications, architectural solutions and parameters of the installation. All this makes maintenance of the building economical, thanks to low energy use, among other things. GreenBuilding certificates are a result of a suitable approach of our company to design and development of office buildings. It is at the same time a confirmation of measurable benefits which our clients can count on” says Rafał Mazurczak, office and hotel commercialization director at Echo Investment.

PARK POSTĘPU is a modern A class office complex, consisting of 4 buildings connected by the ground floor. The complex is being constructed at the junction of Postępu and Domaniewska streets. Each of the buildings has 7 overground storeys and 2 underground storeys.

All-in, PARK POSTĘPU has approximately 34 thousand sq.m. of usable area. The complex shall be equipped in more than 800 parking places.

The design of PARK POSTĘPU was elaborated in the Warsaw design studio APA Wojciechowski.
The construction started in January 2008. The interior design work is currently pending in the fourth – last building of the complex located at 21 Postępu street. It is expected that all tenants will start their operations by the end of Q2 2011.

At present the construction works are conducted by Modzelewski & Rodek.
