During the international real property fair MAPIC, which took place, as every year, in Cannes, France, from 14-16 November, ECHO INVESTMENT S.A. presented the guidelines of ten commercial investments planned in the nearest future. The Company signed successive lease agreements in ARENA Shopping-Entertainment Center in Słupsk.
ECHO INVESTMENT presented at the Cannes Fair ten significant commercial projects from its most imminent investment plans. The following projects were presented: Metropolis (Poznań); Pasaż Grunwaldzki (Wrocław); Galaxy (Szczecin); Galeria Echo (Kielce); Galeria Amber (Kalisz); Arena (Słupsk); Galeria Nova (Piotrków); Galeria Veneda (Łomża), Mundo (Budapest) and Brasov Plaza (Brasov).
"Participation in MAPIC Fair, becoming more and more popular every year among visitors and exhibitors from all over the world, allows us, on one hand, to present properly our most important projects and investment plans
and on the other hand – to measure ourselves against our strongest competitors" – says Mr. Krzysztof Giemza,
the manager of shopping-centers’ department of Echo Investment. "Inspiring and creative atmosphere of the Fair and numerous promising meetings we’ve had made our participation in this year's Fair very successful" – he adds.
In Cannes ECHO INVESTMENT representatives signed new lease agreements concerning premises in ARENA Shopping-Entertainment Center in Słupsk. According to Mr. Mariusz Kowalczyk, commercialization manager
in the Company, leaseholders were vividly interested in the projects presented by ECHO INVESTMENT. "The company RESERVED leased premises of the area of 600 sq. m., STREET SUPER BUTY - 270 sq. m., DIVERSE - 200 sq. m.,
and THE ATHLETE’S FOOT - 220 sq. m." – he reports. "We hope that the great number of meetings which we had shall be an introduction for concluding of successive lease agreements for premises accomplished by our company" – he adds.
