The office building at 60 Swobodna Street becomes a new culinary hotspot on Wrocław’s gastronomic map
The office building at 60 Swobodna Street becomes a new culinary hotspot on Wrocław’s gastronomic map

The range of amenities at Swobodna SPOT will soon be enhanced by a new restaurant, ODA, and the bakery-café Różana. Thanks to these new food and beverage tenants, the office building developed by Echo Investment will be vibrant not only during working hours, but also in the evenings and at weekends. As a result, all retail and service units at Swobodna SPOT have now been fully leased.

The Swobodna SPOT building, currently under development in the centre of Wrocław, will deliver 16,000 sqm of office space to the local market. Its architecture has been designed by the award-winning studio Kuryłowicz + Associates, which created the building’s distinctive stepped form. Construction is scheduled for completion in early 2026.

In addition to comfortable office space, which will be occupied by companies including DXC Technology and Exact x Forestall, the building’s ground floor, open to the public, will attract food lovers and visitors.

As early as May this year, the well-known local bakery and pastry shop “Różana” (150 sqm) will open its doors. The new venue will welcome guests with aromatic coffee and freshly baked bread, rolls and croissants prepared on site. The atmosphere of French boulangeries will be complemented by both sweet and savoury breakfasts, as well as energising lunch options.

“I am confident that our new culinary tenants will soon join the list of must-visit spots on the gastronomic map of central Wrocław. Moreover, the space in front of our office building will be attractively landscaped with greenery, creating outdoor café and restaurant seating areas in the summer. Thanks to this, the building and its immediate surroundings will attract not only office employees, but also local residents,” says Marcin Szlufik, Senior Leasing Manager at Echo Investment.

In June, the new ODA restaurant (430 sqm) will welcome its first guests, combining a cosy atmosphere with a modern take on Polish and Central European cuisine. Visitors will be able to stop by for breakfast in the morning, a seasonal lunch at midday, or dinner accompanied by live music in the evening. The menu, aligned with current trends, will feature both meat-based and fully plant-based dishes. The interiors, designed by the acclaimed 370Studio, will also include a dedicated VIP space for business clients.

The new dining concept, debuting in Wrocław, is led by Aneta Szymala, previously the owner of the Butcher Steak House restaurant in Świnoujście.

“For ODA guests, we are preparing rich culinary experiences and a menu based on carefully selected ingredients and cooperation with regional suppliers. Our goal is to create a restaurant that sets the standard for quality in the modern traditional cuisine segment. This summer, we will attract Wrocław residents not only with great food, but also with an interior designed in a mid-century modern style,” says Aneta Szymala, owner of ODA.

What’s more, those who lead an active lifestyle will be able to stay fit at the Fitness Academy club located on the first floor of Swobodna SPOT.

The office building incorporates numerous sustainable solutions aimed at reducing water and energy consumption and lowering its carbon footprint throughout the building’s lifecycle, in line with the requirements of BREEAM Excellent certification. The property will be powered entirely by renewable energy sources. Users will also have access to electric vehicle charging stations, as well as bicycle racks, changing rooms and showers for cyclists. High standards of digital connectivity and smart building technologies will be confirmed by WiredScore certification.
