This new identity highlights the strength of the Group, stemming from its diversified business model and broad range of competencies, while still preserving the unique identity of each company that together form a market leader – Echo Investment, Archicom, Resi4Rent, StudentSpace, and CitySpace.
The introduction of the Echo Group’s new identity aims to streamline both external and internal communication, and to showcase the Group’s extensive expertise – especially in situations where its individual brands are presented as part of a larger whole. The new logo is accompanied by a tagline: “Next Generation Cities”.

The various areas of the Group’s business – commercial real estate, residential sales and PRS, private student housing, and flexible office spaces – come together to shape the image of a real estate market leader in Poland. At the same time, each company within ECHO Group retains its individual brand identity, which it will continue to use in daily communication with clients, tenants, and partners.
