Alma is a new restaurant in the Browary Warszawskie that combines the flavors of the Mediterranean with the tradition of hospitality and culinary celebration. Feasting in a good atmosphere is encouraged by the concept of meze which involves ordering small appetizers to share. The menu is complemented by a wine list and original cocktails, matching the regions to which the dishes refer.
Middle Eastern meze, similar to Spanish tapas or Italian antipasti, is a concept that is also gaining popularity in Poland. Its uniqueness can be seen by guests of the newly opened Alma restaurant, which serves dishes based on fresh and aromatic ingredients, inspired by the cuisines of mainly eastern Mediterranean countries, including Greece, Turkey, Israel, but also France, Portugal and Spain. – Alma's secret lies in the richness of flavors contained in simple dishes, prepared with the best quality products. It will certainly be appreciated by people who like to spend time with friends, discovering new dishes and surprising combinations of flavors. We complemented the menu with an exceptional selection of wines and unique, original cocktails and desserts that you won't find anywhere else - says Eitan Doron, owner and chef of Alma restaurant.
Alma is open daily from 5:00 p.m. and will soon start serving lunches.
- Alma is a restaurant that perfectly fits the atmosphere of a unique place in the heart of the city that brings people together. Browary Warszawskie caters to the needs of those who live and work here, as well as those who like to spend their free time here. The meze concept is an interesting diversification of our offer of bars, restaurants and cafes. Alma will undoubtedly attract guests with its great cuisine, but also with its interesting interior, decorated in a modern and casual style - comments Karolina Prędota-Krystek, Head of Food and Beverage at Echo Investment.
The restaurant is located in the central part of the Browary Warszawskie next to the Laboratory square.
