Record-high sales and handovers of apartments – a summary of 2020 at Echo Investment

Echo Investment is growing in the residential sector. In 2020, the company hit records both in sales and handovers of apartments. It managed to sign 1570 sales contracts with clients, what outperformed last year's results by 16%. At the same time, clients received their keys to 1505 apartments, what in turn means a 19% increase compared to 2019.

Echo Investment has been developing and selling apartments for 25 years. The company has already completed 89 residential projects with nearly 10 thousand apartments in several major Polish cities. In 2020, it started to build and sell units in nine projects, that increased its offer by over 1.5 thousand apartments. The company sold 1570 apartments, i.e. 16% more than in 2019, when its sales amounted to 1357 units. Only in Q4 2020 the sale amounts to 464 units.

“Achievement of the sales growth in a year when the whole residential market shrank by about 20%, is a really big success for the company, but also a proof of clients' trust in the Echo Investment brand. Continuing our Strategy of Profitable Growth, we are focused on strengthening our position in the residential sector and also developing multifunctional urban destination projects, where people can live, work and entertain. During the last years we have been working on strengthening our presence on the residential market to become one of the three largest residential developers in Poland, which was in line with our Strategy of Profitable Growth,” says Waldemar Olbryk, Member of the Management Board of Echo Investment.

Due to the challenges that last year brought to the whole economy, Echo Investment's experts followed the whole process of designing, building and handing over an apartment to its owners in order to propose solutions meeting the client’s needs and the new circumstances that we live in. Architects updated their residential projects to make them safer, more comfortable and better prepared for the future needs. The company introduces innovations that help to ensure a higher level of safety and hygiene.

“We constantly study our clients' needs, observe their choices and priorities. We adapt our apartments quickly to the conditions, what especially in 2020 was the key to attracting attention and gaining trust. Buying an apartment is the most important decision in life for many of our clients, so we make an effort to make it a good experience and a promise of a successful future,” says Dawid Wrona, Residential Sales Director at Echo Investment.

“Echo Investment invests in digitalization, what has improved internal processes in recent years and prepared us for safe client service during many epidemiological limitations. Last year we speeded up to introduce further solutions. This fast adaptation to new conditions is our competitive advantage, appreciated by clients and business partners,” adds Waldemar Olbryk.

Since the beginning of 2020 Echo Investment has completed eleven projects in Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań, Cracow and Wrocław, that translated into 1505 apartments delivered to clients. This means an over 19% increase compared to the result achieved in 2019. Only in Q4 2020 792 clients has got keys to their premises. The value of the apartments handed over will be reflected in revenues and profits of Echo Investment Group for 2020.

For the last 25 years Echo Investment has been improving its competence in the main sectors of the real estate market: residential, retail and service as well as office. The company has a leading position in commercial sectors of its operation, and for several years it has been successfully competing for a place among leading residential developers. It has built 89 residential projects with almost 10 thousand units and in 2020, as one of the few development companies in Poland, it increased the number of apartments sold. Its first project was made in Kielce at Manifestu Lipcowego Street, and the most recognizable projects include Małe Naramowice Rynek in Poznań, Kościuszki Apartments in Cracow, Malthouse Apartments in the multifunctional Warsaw Brewery complex and Fuzja, that is part of the revitalized complex following former Scheibler's plants in Łódź.
