From the beginning of the year to the end of September 2020, as many as 1,103 apartmants were sold by the real estate developer Echo Investment. The company sold 450 units in the third quarter alone, an 45% increase compared to the second quarter. It was also the best quarter this year – most transactions were dealing with the projects on Wola Station in Warsaw, Osiedle KRK II and Bonarka Living in Kraków, as well as the Station 3.0 in Wrocław.
In the third quarter, the developer started building and selling apartments in four projects - Fuzja II in Łódź, Wola Station II in Warsaw, Bonarka Living at ul. Puszkarskiej in Kraków and the second stage of Osiedle KRK in Kraków. The new projects added more than 830 apartments to the offer. Additionally, by the end of the year, Echo Investment is planning to introduce new apartments for sale in ZAM I projects in Kraków and the next stage of Osiedle Enter in Poznań.
"We are expanding our service offer on a regular basis, adjusting it to economic conditions and consumer preferences. The pandemic has changed social habits, and this has affected the design and construction of housing. Our designers have adapted Echo Investment's housing projects to new expectations and social needs regarding apartment layouts, finishing materials, touchless devices or additional security measures. Our results have already shown that our new solutions and implemented ideas are met with interest and recognition. Despite the many challenges we have faced this year, from January to the end of September, we encouraged customers to buy over 1.1k apartments, as nearly as 20% more than in the three quarters of 2019. We are convinced that our annual sales target of more than 1.6k apartments is within arms reach" says Dawid Wrona, Apartment Sales Director at Echo Investment.
From the beginning of the year to the end of September, Echo Investment completed the construction of six projects in Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań and Wrocław, which resulted in 713 apartments being sold to clients. This translates to more than a 20% increase compared to the result achieved in 9 months of 2019. In September alone, Echo Investment handed over keys to 202 apartments.
"The fourth quarter of the year is the busiest for us. In the next three months, there is a lot to be done on commissioning new projects, including the first multifunctional building of the Fuzja project in Łódź, exclusive Apartments at Warzelnia in the Warsaw Brewery, Poznań's Esencja, Station 3.0 in Wrocław and Osiedle Jarzębinowe in Łódź. We are pleased the group of customers soon to be living in these buildings will be given the keys before the end of 2020" says Dawid Wrona.
