The mobile facade of Apartments of Warzelnia is starting to assume shape
The mobile facade of Apartments of Warzelnia is starting to assume shape

The luxury apartment building designed by JEMS Architekci, a studio famous for its sophisticated forms, is revealing its unique facade. The copper color standing out against the background of the Warsaw Brewery buildings is a strong accent that play into the surroundings perfectly. The first wall of the facade is ready to admire from the southern side of Apartments of Warzelnia.

The building of Apartments of Warzelnia erects to a height of nearly 30 m above Krochmalna Street. The residents will have a full view of three city squares of the Warsaw Breweries: Rynek Warzelni, Dziedziniec Laboratorium and Plac Śniadaniowy. The neighboring historical buildings have become an inspiration for architects who designed the erected apartment building with reference to the building of the Malt House that stood here previously, where specialized brewers watched over the germination of barley grains in the 19th century. Together with the Brewery and the largest of the squares, Warzelnia Market Square (Rynek Warzelni), the apartments will soon be the showcase of Warsaw's Wola district.

Echo Investment is approaching the commissioning of the building and the first residents, appreciating the unique architecture and location, will soon be moving into the apartments. The whole southern facade of the Apartments of Warzelnia is already completed. More walls are being built successively.

We used materials in a characteristic copper color to construct the Apartments of Warzelnia. The facade itself amounts to an area of 4110 m2. Interestingly, due to the use of movable elements, it will be able to constantly change its shape. The residents who chose Apartments of Warzelnia will be able to influence this. We have already installed over 1200 movable panels, and eventually there will be nearly 3000 of them,” says Michał Gerwat, project director of Warsaw Brewery.

Comfort and top quality

For those who feel at home in the city's element, Apartments of Warzelnia offer compact and comfortable living spaces. Regardless of whether they are four-, three-, or one-bedroom apartments, of if they are to be a cozy house or a pied-à-terre, they offer a unique standard of living with views of a perfectly designed city quarter.

“There are representative entrance lobbies and an elegant reception with a rest area from Krochmalna Street. A concierge will be available to residents around the clock.

Penthouses located on the top two floors of the building are the quintessence of style and quality of Apartments of Warzelnia. It is a perfectly designed space, thought through in every detail. Flexible in terms of matching the residents' preferences, but uncompromising in terms of quality of workmanship,” says Dawid Wrona, director of apartment sales at Echo Investment.

In each of the four penthouses there is a two-level space in the day zone, adjacent to tall, roofed terraces. Huge glazing of the facade, metal blinds, and curtains made of steel mesh make them unique and exceptional. Additional comfort will be provided by a number of amenities, including an integrated remote control system for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and facade blinds.

Excellent and original concepts are being developed on the ground floor of Apartments of Warzelnia which are becoming a part of the Meeting and Taste District that is being created here. The boutique confectionery Deseo Patisserie & Chocolaterie will pamper the palates of both residents and their guests with the best desserts, ice cream, and pralines. Their confectionery works of art will delight even the most demanding lovers of sweets. The Badyle Concept Store is also being built in the vicinity of the confectionery. It is a combination of a florist's, an art gallery, and a cafe. The owners of the Badyle florist shop want not only to delight their guests with beautiful bouquets but also with unique art and exhibitions.

The first residents will be able to collect their keys at the turn of September and October.
