Q22 is Deloitte’s new seat
Q22 is Deloitte’s new seat

Deloitte, a global leader from the consulting industry, has leased 11,000 sqm in the Q22 office building which is being developed by Echo Investment at the junction of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street in Warsaw.

The Polish branch of Deloitte, which represents the largest company in the world in the field of audit, consultancy and risk management as well as financial and tax consulting services, has leased 11,000 sqm of modern office space in the Q22 office building. Marek Metrycki, president of Deloitte in Poland: “The modern and at the same time excellently located Q22 office building is a very good choice for Deloitte and it is an important element which supports the dynamic development of the company in Poland. Our new seat will create favourable conditions for team work as well as individual tasks. The office will have very good transport links, it will be located in the business centre of the city and its layout and design will certainly meet our employees" expectations. In Q22 we are also preparing modern and functional meeting area for clients, who will also appreciate the central location of our office. Q22 is a considerable quality change for us with no significant shift in terms of the office location, the project also provides us with prestige which will be the best showpiece for Deloitte.” Rafał Mazurczak, director of Echo Investment"s Office and Hotel Department: “We are very pleased that Deloitte"s requirements in terms of the location and operational parameters of the office space fully coincided with the offer prepared by Echo Investment in the Q22 project. I am convinced that Q22 – as one of the most modern office projects in Poland – will fulfil expectations of Deloitte"s employees, also due to its stylish architecture and innovative solutions which increase its energy efficiency, guarantee comfortable working conditions and minimize the building"s negative impact on the environment.” Deloitte was represented by JLL in the process of searching for a new seat and negotiating contract conditions. The cooperation also involves setting tenant"s technical requirements and supervision of the adaptation of the area for the needs of Deloitte, which is to move into Q22 in Q2 2016. Jakub Sylwestrowicz, director in the Tenant Representation Department, JLL: “The process of looking for a new seat for Deloitte started over two years ago. Despite a relatively high supply of offices in Warsaw, companies which look for very large areas in a well-located, exceptional facility should start their activities in advance. Extra time provided us with a possibility of analysing available options and reactions to the changing market conditions, it also made it possible to obtain attractive lease conditions. In the case of Deloitte the priority was a top quality office located in the city centre, with good transport links.” Q22 is a 155-metre modern office building which is being developed in the business centre of Warsaw, at the junction of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. It offers a leasable office area of over 50,000 sqm. The ground floor of the building will include an elegant, glazed lobby. Floors 2 to 14 and 18 to 39 will offer office space whereas floors 14 – 17 will be earmarked for special functions such as a conference centre, a fitness club and a restaurant area. Its five-storey underground car park will offer 348 spaces. The office building is being constructed using top quality materials and technological solutions, the effect of which will be a modern and bright building. Q22 obtained a BREEAM Interim Excellent ecological certificate with the highest score in this category in Poland (79.1 pct). www.q22.com.pl
