In this year’s edition of Construction & Investment Journal Awards Echo Investment won the ‘Residential Developer of the Year’ category and it was also awarded in the ‘Land Investment Transaction of the Year’ and ‘Residential Affordable Development of the Year’ categories.

The ceremonious gala took place in Warsaw on the 6th of November this year. The "Land Investment Transaction of the Year" title was awarded to Echo Investment"s purchase of a plot in the centre of Warsaw – the area of the former Warsaw Brewery. The "Residential Affordable Development of the Year" award went to the first stage of the Nowy Mokotów estate. CIJ is an English language magazine addressed to the development and real estate industry in Central and Eastern Europe. It has been present on the market since 1995.
