Ericsson in Park Rozwoju
Ericsson in Park Rozwoju

Ericsson, the largest global supplier of technology and services for telecommunication operators, has leased an area of 3,600 sqm in the Park Rozwoju office complex which is being developed by Echo Investment on Konstruktorska Street in Warsaw.

Ericsson will have its Polish headquarters in the building that constitutes the first stage of the Park Rozwoju office complex, which has already acquired an occupancy permit. “We are happy that another company from the modern technology industry has decided to lease space in Park Rozwoju. This is a confirmation that high requirements of the market leaders in terms of new office locations have been fulfilled. Consequently we can boast the presence of such giants as: IBM, Tieto, Schneider Electric and BNY Mellon in our projects,” says Łukasz Żelezik, Head of Leasing Team in the Office and Hotel Department at Echo Investment. In the leasing process Ericsson was represented by a team of experts from the international consultancy JLL. “Ericsson and Echo Investment are both companies with a long-term experience as well as a strong and recognizable brand. The contract concluded by the companies is an example of a situation when a market leader finds a trustworthy partner which offers technologically advanced top standard office space. In this case the tenant was focused on such parameters as energy security and comfort of the employees. All of them were satisfied by the developer,” says Julita Spychalska, National Director, Corporate Advisory, JLL. “As a company we not only appreciate modern technological solutions but also environmental issues. Thus the design of our office includes a huge green terrace as well as a special bicycle hub, which 70 employees will be able to use,” says Monika Dobrogosz, REFM Manager at Ericsson Polska. Park Rozwoju includes a bicycle parking area as well as changing rooms with showers, which can be used by all the tenants of the office building. Still, an additional bicycle hub for 70 bikes has been created especially for Ericsson. Ericsson is the largest global supplier of technology and services for telecommunication operators offering effective real time solutions to a network society, which allow all of us to study, work and live freely in sustainable communities all over the world. The offer of the company includes services, software and ICT infrastructure for telecommunication operators and other industries. Ericsson operates in over 180 countries and employs more than 110,000 people. Park Rozwoju consists of two buildings and a restaurant which is located in the connector. The total area of the complex is 32,000 sqm. The buildings will have a two-storey underground car park and a ground-level car park offering a total of 740 spaces. The complex will include some leisure and recreation areas: a courtyard with a water cascade and a canteen, internal squares with comfortable benches, green roof terraces and an outdoor gym. Cyclists will be able to use a bicycle parking area with bike racks as well as changing rooms with showers. The office project of Echo Investment is being developed in the southern part of Mokotów at 10 Konstruktorska Street. The location provides quick and easy access to the Fryderyk Chopin airport and the city centre. The facility is surrounded by an excellently network of public transport – there are two tram terminals and one bus terminal nearby. The southern ring road of Warsaw and the Marynarska interchange provide easy access by car. The architectural design of Park Rozwoju has been created in the JEMS Architekci architectural studio. The project is being carried out in two stages. The completion of the second stage is planned for Q2 2015. www.parkrozwoju.com.pl
