25 April saw a meeting of Echo Investment representatives and local entrepreneurs interested in doing business in the newly-built Galeria Olimpia in Bełchatów.

The meeting organized in the Jan restaurant enjoyed a lot of interest from entrepreneurs – nearly 40 participants took part in the event. Guests had an opportunity to see a detailed presentation of the project, which was shown by Mirosław Ciepluch, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment. Meanwhile Grzegorz Czekaj, director of Galeria Echo in Kielce, talked about efficient and professional management of shopping centres. Krzysztof Skrzypek, project manager of Galeria Olimpia answered questions concerning the construction of the facility, which was followed by individual conversations with entrepreneurs interested in leasing space in the new shopping and entertainment centre.

Galeria Olimpia is being built in the centre of Bełchatów on a plot neighbouring the Echo shopping centre, which has been present on the market for 12 years. Galeria Bełchatów and the neighbouring Echo shopping centre will create a functionally combined retail and service complex with a gross leasable area of 32,900 sqm. The general contractor of the facility is Polimex-Mostostal SA. The opening of the mall is to take place in November 2012. The design of the facility was created in the
MOFO Architekci architectural studio.
