Completion of the first stage of "Kasztanowa Aleja"

Echo Investment has received a legally binding certificate of occupancy of building B, which constitutes the first stage of the ‘Kasztanowa Aleja’ residential complex on Wojskowa Street in Poznań.

‘Kasztanowa Aleja’ consists of two independently functioning buildings with courtyards, greenery and a playground for children. The complex includes 282 apartments with areas ranging from 37 to 94 sqm, which comprise gardens, balconies, terraces or loggias.

The investor has received a legally binding certificate of occupancy for the first of the buildings. This marks the completion of stage 1 of the project.

‘Kasztanowa Aleja’ is an ideal place for people who are interested in modern and stylish living. The exceptional location of Wojskowa Street among magnificent chestnut trees provides ‘Kasztanowa Aleja’ with a unique, calm and friendly character. The Grunwald district where the estate is located is a prestigious and appreciated area of Poznań, neighbouring the central part of the city.

Under the buildings there are parking spaces, storage rooms and a touchless car wash for residents of the complex. A number of modern monitoring and access control solutions guarantee security within the complex. Each of the apartments will be equipped with a videophone and the access to the parking garage will be monitored by CCTV.

The author of the architectural design of the ‘Kasztanowa Aleja’ complex is Studio Lisiak Sp. z o.o. of Poznań. The general contractor of the first stage of the complex was Warbud S.A. of Warsaw.
