Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA has become the general contractor of the ‘Osiedle Jarzębinowe’ project developed by Echo Investment in Łódź.

The net value of the contract concluded between the investor and the general contractor amounts to PLN 19.2 mln. "Osiedle Jarzębinowe" is located in Bałuty. The project consists of two 5-storey buildings designed on a shared floor, which constitutes their underground parking garage. The buildings are located in the outermost sections of the plot, which provides residents with freedom and privacy. The courtyard, carefully arranged greenery and a safe playground complement the functionality of the facility. The estate is enclosed, which provides an appropriate level of security. The first stage of "Osiedle Jarzębinowe" will include 120 apartments with areas ranging from 32 to 87 sqm. Each of them will have a balcony and there are apartments including terraces available on top floors. Residents will have 93 parking spaces in the underground car park at their disposal as well as 27 parking spaces within the area of the estate.
