Popular global clothing brands will be available in Kalisz for the first time in Galeria Amber developed by Echo Investment.

Inhabitants of Kalisz will have an opportunity to use the varied offer of products of a two-level shop of the clothing brand H&M, which has leased an outlet with a total area of 1,600 sqm. The popular Dutch clothing brand C&A is also to move into a two-level outlet with an area of nearly 1,700 sqm. Meanwhile, the German New Yorker chain specializing in youth fashion has a two-level outlet with an area of over 1,000 sqm at its disposal.

Galeria Amber, a four-storey shopping and entertainment centre, is being built in the centre of Kalisz, in the vicinity of the bus and railway stations, at the junction of the streets of Górnośląska and Trasa Bursztynowa. Its leasable area will amount to 33,500 sqm.

There will be 140 shops and service outlets in the facility as well as cafes and restaurants. There has also been a 7-screen cinema planned, the operator of which will be Helios. Customers will have a car park with 1,170 parking spaces at their disposal. The investor has already signed contracts with key tenants such as the C&A, New Yorker and Rossmann chains, among others. There are contracts being finalized with an electronics shop and a hypermarket.

The architectural concept of Galeria Amber has been designed by the reputable Bose International Planning and Architecture architectural studio. The construction design is the work of specialists from the Artur Jasiński i Wspólnicy Biuro Architektoniczne architectural studio.
