Echo Investment acquires the next investment site in Warsaw

Echo Investment has won the tender procedure for the purchase of a site (approx. 74,000 sqm) on Konstruktorska street in Warsaw.

The company has been selected to be the buyer of the site by tender procedure carried out by the Tender Committee at Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Uprzemysłowionego Warszawa Północ. The value of the transaction amounts to 63 mln PLN. The acquisition agreement will be signed within a month.

The company is planning residential and office development with a total area of approx. 60,000 sqm on the plot of land on Konstruktorska street.

The work on concept details will start after the land purchase agreement is finalized.

The new project of Echo Investment in Warsaw’s Mokotów district is part of the company’s development strategy that includes continuous development of all activity sectors of the company and strengthening its position on the local markets. So far Echo Investment has completed several apartment buildings and office complexes in Warsaw. The best-known residential projects are the apartment buildings: Melody House, Flower House, Mondrian House, Osiedle Inflancka and Babka Tower, which have received numerous distinctions and awards. The most important office projects are: Centrum Olimpijskie – the headquarters of the Polish Olympic Committee, Athina Park, City Gate and Park Postępu.

The company is currently preparing the next residential and office projects while the prestigious Klimt House apartment building on Kazimierzowska street is under construction.
