In the office building Park Postępu, accomplished at Postępu street 21 in Warsaw agreements on lease have been concluded for more than 3 000 sq. m. of office area.

 In last week’s the leaseholders’ circle was joined by:

- Damovo Polska - a company designing and realizing business and communications applications.

- Ikano Bank Polska - a company belonging to Ikea Bank concern offering consumer credits for clients of its network, shall open its head office in the complex .

- Otto Poland - one of the leading European manufacturers of play-grounds’ equipment and accessories connected with waste management.

- Codec System Polska - a company providing to bid and medium-sized organizations solutions in the scope of Business Intelligence and Performance Management.

- EBS S.A. - an owner of among others 5asec laundries’ network.

- InDreams - a company elaborating conception and rules of loyalty programmes.

- Międzynarodowe Centrum Szkoleń i Konferencji - a company offering educational and consulting support in the scope of informatics solutions for international concerns and public institutions.
- Beckman Coulter - a Swiss concern operating in medical line of business.

The companies which leased office area in the complex are: Javart, Bongrain, HTC, Novell, Forma Deco Art, X-press Couriers, Safira Polska, Budlex, Bueltel International Poland, Schutz Polska, M.P. Polska, Lux Med, Abbott Labolatories Poland, Pekao Financial Service, Estee Lauder Poland, Kaefer, Euro-apteka, Tavola, Dominata, Sushi go! Polska, Główny Inspektorat Transportu Drogowego, Javart and Warsaw branch of Echo Investment.

At present finishing works are in progress in the fourth – the last building of the complex. Accomplishment of the last phase of the office building is scheduled for the IIIrd quarter of 2010.

PARK POSTĘPU is a modern A class office complex, consisting of 4 buildings connected by the ground floor. The complex is being constructed at the junction of Postępu and Domaniewska streets. Each of the buildings has 7 overground storeys and 2 underground storeys.

All-in, PARK POSTĘPU has approximately 34 thousand sq.m. of usable area. The complex shall be equipped in more than 800 parking places.

The design of PARK POSTĘPU was elaborated in the Warsaw design studio APA Wojciechowski.

The construction of PARK POSTĘPU began in January 2008. At present the construction works are conducted by Modzelewski & Rodek.
