On the next Saturday, 3 October, during the Open Day, everybody interested in Bilcza II housing estate will be able to get familiar with details of this project, delve into the specific character of the project and feel the unique atmosphere of this place.

During the meeting visitors will be able to talk with designers of the housing estate and take advantage of the credit advisor’s advice.

Participants of the event will be able to take advantage of a special offer making it possible to buy a chosen land plot with a discount ranging from 15% to 30%.

Echo Investment - the project’s developer and organizer of the meeting invites everybody to use some uncommon manners of getting familiar with the housing estate – there are planned, among others: horseback rides, rides by segway, melex and rickshaw. An incontestable attraction will be a balloon ride (at hours from 16:00 to 18:00), giving the travellers the opportunity to look at Bilcza II housing estate from quite a different perspective. The willing visitors will be able to play mini-golf as well.

The event shall start at 14:00 and last till 18:00.

Bilcza II housing estate is a unique urban solution, designed houses are characterized by classical and well accented architecture. The housing estate is located in suburb of Kielce. In just several minutes by car, the estate’s inhabitants will be able to get to the city and participate in active professional and cultural life.

Bilcza II has been designed in a way, which tries to meet the requirements of the inhabitants and fosters their integration. The housing estate is equipped with tennis courts, basketball court and a playground for children in the central part of the complex.

The Bilcza complex shall consist of 14 residential buildings of the areas from 145 to 269,2 square meters. The housing estate’s site was divided into land plots of the areas ranging from 300 to 4 600 square meters.

Bilcza housing estate was equipped in a special access control system. The whole premises shall be enclosed and right at the entrance a building for security personnel was designed. There is also a possibility to install a monitoring system.
