Echo Investment signed a lease agreement with the company Abbott Laboratories for the lease of 3.600 square meters of office area in Park Postępu, realized at the intersection of Domaniewska and Postępu streets in Warsaw.
Abbot Laboratories - the global pharmaceutical-medical concern - shall occupy all together two and a half floors in one of Park Postępu buildings.
Among the companies which have concluded so far lease agreements for areas in Park Postępu there are: PEKAO Financial Services, Lux Med, Dent-a-Medical, Consumer Connection, Tavola, Dominata, Euro-apteka, Estée Lauder and Termoizolacja.
„Lesees’ interest in Park Postepu is very big. So far we have let more than 15 000 sq.m., which constitutes approximately 50% of the offered area. We conduct advanced negotiations with subsequent future leaseholders. In the present market situation the technologies affecting economics of leased offices and especially their future area exploitation costs have gained special importance. PARK POSTĘPU is a modern A class office complex, consisting of 4 buildings connected by the ground floor. The complex is being constructed in Mokotów district in Warsaw, on the land plot at the junction of Postępu and Domaniewska streets. Each of the buildings has 7 overground storeys and 2 underground storeys.
The construction of PARK POSTĘPU began in January 2008. At present the company Modzelewski & Rodek is realizing the shell and core of the building. The first leaseholders will be able to start work in the complex in the IIIrd quarter of 2009.
The design of PARK POSTĘPU was elaborated in the Warsaw design studio APA Wojciechowski.
All-in, PARK POSTĘPU has approximately 33 thousand sq.m. of usable area. The complex shall be equipped in more than 800 parking places.
The construction began in January 2008, the shell and core was completed in December 2008 and at present the project is in its last phase of realization.
