On 11 February 2009 Echo Investment, the developer of Małe Naramowice apartment complex, opened to residents of Poznań yet another stage of this project. An extraordinary artistic setting accompanied the above said handover ceremony with existing apartment balconies being used as a scenery backdrop of the show.

The concert in the Małe Naramowice square is probably the first spectacle of this kind in Poland: the functioning apartment complex serving as the stage, artists singing from the balconies and the public, in the very center of the scenery, actively participating in the  entertainment extravaganza. The program of the concert in this unusual, natural scenery presented works of: L . Denza, J. Strauss, A. Lary, R. Stolz, F. Lehar, E. Kalman, F. Loewe performed by soloists of the Music Theater in Poznań: Jarosław Patycki, Włodzimierz Kalemba and Bartosz Kuczyk.

This was followed by yet another attraction of the opening of the Naramowice square festivities, a “Light and Sound” show and a luminous dance of billy goats - Poznań mascots.
