The conception of land development plan in the Romanian city of Brasov prepared by Echo Investment has been accepted by the city authorities. The decision means a permission for the plans of development of a modern shopping-entertainment center KORONA, of the total lease area of approximately 53 thousand square meters.

At the same time the company filed an application for a building permit. The expected term of the project commencement is the I half of 2009 and its completion is expected in the II half of 2010.
