Echo Investment purchased in Wrocław a plot located in Jedności Narodowej street. The company is going to build on this plot its first residential project in Wrocław.

The plot of the area of 7.405 sq. m. was purchased in a tender for the amount of 18.550.000 PLN. There is a decision issued on conditions of development for this plot, which allows for construction of a multifamily residential building. Echo Investment is going to realize the project in which there shall be about 200 apartments of the total value of ca. 12.000 sq.m. Design works shall begin still in this year, and the commencement of the realization is planned for the year 2008.
