Echo Investment is planning a realization of a modern regional shopping-entertainment center in Kalisz. The building shall be erected in Górnośląska street / Amber Route.

In the objects visitors shall find a shopping mall (about 150 shops), big entertainment section with multiplex cinema and other numerous attractions: service points, recreation, restaurants. The total area of the planned Center is about 100 000 square meters, and the area meant for lease (GLA) is about 40 000 square meters. Cars’ traffic shall be served by the car park for about 1 600 cars.

The commencement of the project’s realization is planned for the year 2009, and its completion – for 2010.

Presently works on architectonic concept are in progress. The first visualizations and the detailed programme of the Center are going to be presented already in this year.
