Echo Investment is going to develop a modern complex of office buildings in the center of Łódź, having a total area of nearly 30,000 square meters.

Echo Investment has acquired land in Łódź, Al. Piłsudskiego Street, where it intends to develop a business park consisting of three class A office buildings and a parking lot comprising more than 400 vehicles.
A valid zoning decision has been issued for that immovable property, allowing for erection of an office building.
The building permit decision is expected in September 2007.

The launch of this investment project is anticipated in the 1st half of 2008 and completion should take place
in the 2nd half of 2009.
