Echo Investment signed a contract with FAKT building company from Kielce for the completion of the first stage (cold shell buildings) of MALTA OFFICE PARK in Poznań.

In the period of next few days FAKT Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. company is beginning works connected with the construction of modern office park- MALTA OFFICE PARK- located in Poznań at Baraniaka street. The contract with
the contractor concerns cold shell condition of two buildings which constitutes the first stage of the project.
The deadline for the completion of contractual works is April 2008.

MALTA OFFICE PARK is a modern office area in Poznań at abp. Baraniaka street. The complex consists of six buildings: four 5-storey buildings and two 6-storey buildings. All the building are connected with a storey of the underground parking lot. The “open space” formula will enable to section the floors in a flexible way and apply numerous arrangement possibilities. The whole complex counts approximately 26 000 square metres of office area and 2 000 square metres of storage space. The advantage of the complex is a parking for about 600 cars both
in the ground and underground parking lot.  The whole complex will be equipped in a series of modern technological solutions, safety system, monitoring and access control.
