Next housing project in Łódź

Echo Investment bought a plot in Łódź, on which it is going to realize another housing project, second in this city.

The purchased plot is situated in Łódź, in Wodna street. The company is going to erect in this place a housing complex of the total number of 300 apartments.

This planned investment is directed first of all at the customers interested mainly in high quality of the offer, luxury
and modernity of the offered solutions. In conformity with the Echo Investment standard, the whole complex shall be equipped with suitable number of parking places at the underground car park. Occupants shall have at their disposal such additional facilities as, among others: children’s playground, reception desk, monitoring and access control systems.

Design works shall begin towards the end of 2007.

Commencement of the realization and sale is planned for the IVth quarter of 2008.

Łódź is – following Warsaw, Cracow, Poznań, Szczecin and Kielce – another city in chich Echo Investment shall realize its housing projects. The first of housing investments in Łódź will be a housing complex of total number of about 800 apartments situated by Górnicza/Okopowa streets. Commencement of the realization of this Project is planned  for the IIIrd quarter of 2008.

Investments in Łódź fit well in the development strategy adopted by the company, assuming increase in housing real property sector, and first of all in  the sector of apartments’ building. Investment plans for years 2007-2011 resulting from the adopted strategy comprise increase of the annual sale level of apartments by 300%, and also significant increase of the portfolio of commercial projects meant for lease.
