Echo Investment SA has sold to the Catalyst Capital Investment Group three projects situated in Łódź: Business Center and Entertainment Center at Piłsudskiego Avenue and Orion office building at Sienkiewicza street, and also shopping center Świętokrzyski Arcade situated in Kielce at Massalskiego street.

The value of the transaction equaled almost 249 million PLN.
 
Means acquired from the transaction shall be assigned to carry out the investment plans of the Echo Investment Capital Group, particularly next phases of construction of shopping centers in Kielce and also to complete the office buildings in Cracow, Łódź and Katowice.
