In May, next companies joined the group of tenants of Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wroclaw. Garments choice of the center has been enriched by such brands as Deni Cler, Orsay, Gin Tonic and Triumph. Jewelry will be sold by Kruk jewelry salon, and clothing accessories by Colours &Beauty. The process of letting commercial space in Pasaż Grunwaldzki is coming to an end. In May, apart from the Spanish Inditex group (brands: Zara, Pull and Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho, Bershka – 3,120 sq. m in total), the following companies joined the group of tenants: Deni Cler, Orsay, Gin Tonic, Triumph, Kruk and Colours&Beauty.
An outlet of a popular youth brand Orsay is going to take up about 163 sq. m in Pasaż Grunwaldzki. Deni Cler, in a 98 sq. m salon, is going to offer exclusive ladies’ wear based on classical pattern of elegance. Gin Tonic, which offers men’s and youth clothes, will take up about 60 sq. m. A salon with exclusive underwear of Triumph brand will be about 53 sq. m in size. Kruk, a jewelry store, leased nearly 60 sq. m of space. Clothes accessories will be offered by Colours & Beauty – 47 sq. m.
‘In May, we finalized numerous contracts of lease of areas in Pasaż Grunwaldzki. Thus, commercialization of the center is running its course.
